The Hypnotic Intensive should be listened to as you are in bed (or when you are taking a nap. The) session includes relaxation commands, so do not use this session when you are going about your day. This session is one of the most potent forms of mental reprogramming.

It's highly recommended that you listen with headphones.

DO NOT LISTEN WHILE DRIVING A MOVING VEHICLE OR OPERATING HEAVY MACHINERY.

It is OK to continue using these audios even after you continue to move onto the next module. How long should you listen to each audio? It's completely up to you. Some people get results within 1 session. Some people take more. Pay attention to your experience, and you will find the right balance for you.
